5. Troubleshooting

I have been referred for myqufora follow up support service by my healthcare professional but I have not received any emails yet.

Check your ‘junk/spam’ folder in case your email has gone there which can sometimes happen. If it has then make sure you add this contact to your address book for future emails.

There will be a period of 24-48 hours before you may receive your first welcome email. It will depend what method of contact your healthcare professional has used to contact myqufora with your details (phone/fax/post).

If a week has passed and you still have not heard you may need to contact your healthcare professional about this.

Alternatively, you can register on this site through the front-page link and contact myqufora if you need support.
